Our experience with this firm was very positive. Gerry came an viewed the situation very quickly and accommodated us at short notice. He outlined the various options he recommended. He fitted a new boiler at what seems a market average price. There were a few teething problems, but he came and sorted them very quickly. His communications with us were always courteous and prompt. Gerry is very enthusiastic about his area of expertise. It is a difficult thing getting a new boiler fitted with the cost not knowing the engineer etc, but I believe Gerry made the process as painless as possible.

Gerry quickly sorted a few teething problems following a move (boiler, toilets). Was easy to arrange visits with regular clear communication. Friendly, informative and transparent. Really appreciated the work done.

Gerry and Sandie offer a superb service. Gerry has serviced my central beating and fitted a nest for me (and also fixed a light). He has also done jobs for my elderly and disabled parents. He is 100% reliable, reasonably priced, great workman, and more than anything lovely to deal with.

Gerry has done a variety of work for me over the last 18 months, including fitting a new shower, boiler servicing and gas safety certificates.
He's incredibly helpful, reliable and accommodating. I had a new boiler fitted approx 4 years ago which wasn't registered by the plumber at the time, but Gerry provided a service and sorted the registration all as part of the work he was already doing. When I needed a new gas safety certificate he was great at accommodating it around my tenants availability, especially in the current circumstances.
Gerry and Sandie also communicate with their clients very well, with incredibly prompt responses to any queries.

Absolutely recommend. We've been having issues with our boiler and when we contacted Gerry, he came to the rescue on the very same day. The problem was quickly sorted and boiler back in service within half an hour - no stress, no faff. Reliable, friendly and gets the job done !

Used Work With Group for a variety of things over the last couple of years. First time was for a callout to fix my own mess I made when trying to change a light fitting. Gerry was prompt and professional. Second time was for a new sink to be fitted, outside tap to be fitted and the source of a leak found. All were done efficiently and again, professionally and all for a reasonable price.

Finally was last week. Contacted them for a boiler service, Gerry unfortunately had to cap our boiler but was very clear as to why he had to from a safety perspective. He laid out our options clearly, either repair or a new boiler. We opted for the new boiler as the old boiler was very old and parts were expensive. They were fantastic in getting us a new boiler fitted within 3 days. (He even offered the use of some electric heaters in the meantime). He was in and out in a day and that included giving us a demo of our new Nest system he has installed at the same time as the boiler.

100% would (and already do) recommend to friends and family. Easy, polite, efficient and professional to deal with right from initial contact right through to the work being completed.

Gerry has helped us out with boiler issues a number of times now. He is always quick to respond, and promptly and professionally deals with all issues. Perhaps most impressively, our latest issue was diagnosed and fixed over a text conversation, on a Saturday evening!
